Player Scoring Explanation

Updated 2 weeks ago

How does my player score affect my winnings?

Your player score sets a limit to ensure that no single win exceeds 35% of your total winnings when requesting a withdrawal.

Why is there a 35% limit on a single win?

This rule is designed to promote balanced and responsible betting, ensuring a sustainable and fair experience for all users.

What happens if I exceed the 35% limit on a single win?

Let’s say your account balance is $10,000 and grows to $11,000, meaning you have a total gain of $1,000. Under this rule, no single win can contribute more than $350 (35% of the $1,000 gain).

For example, if one win adds $500 to your balance, only $350 of that amount would be eligible for withdrawal. To make the full $500 withdrawal-eligible, your total account gain must increase to $1,428.58 ($500 ÷ 0.35).

This rule ensures compliance with our risk management strategy, preventing over-reliance on a single large win.

What if my withdrawal request includes an ineligible win?

If your withdrawal request includes a win exceeding the 35% limit, the excess amount will be deemed ineligible and removed from the payout.
